Coffee Trainer

MLR have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Coffee Trainer to join a much-loved speciality coffee group who are incredibly passionate about their product and their employees.

In this role you will be responsible for the training of all new starters within the company and the development of the already existing team. Ensuring every coffee is made to the highest level possible.

Previous experience working with coffee and a passion in the science and art of coffee is a must for this role!

This role will suit a passionate Barista looking to take the next step in their career.
