MLR have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Manager to join a much-loved speciality coffee group, starting in the new year.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this very busy unit while motivating your team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Previous experience working with coffee isn't essential as this company loves to invest in their people, but having a keen interest in the science and art of coffee is a must!
The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and focus on customer care.
