Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced sous chef for an established 4-star hotel in Sligo.

High standards, as well as a passion for food start with you in this important role!

As the Head Chef's right hand, you'll play your part in creating inspirational menus, and ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen.

Training and supervising a closely-knit team. Involved in everything from stock control and resource planning to food preparation, it's the next step for a chef who means business!

Confident, approachable and with an outgoing personality, you'll be capable of using your initiative and making decisions.
