Property Inspector

MLR have an exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector to join a long-established and highly respected organisation within the Dublin property market, known for its professionalism, strong client relationships, and consistently high standards across a large-scale residential portfolio.

In this role, you will coordinate inspection schedules, liaise with tenants to arrange access, and carry out thorough in-person property inspections across multiple locations. You will assess property condition, identify maintenance or safety issues, ensure compliance with required standards, and compile clear, accurate reports to support the wider property management team in delivering an efficient and high-quality service.

This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy being on the move, meeting people, and taking pride in presentation and service, as strong organisation, clear communication, and high standards translate seamlessly into the property world. A full driving licence is required due to regular travel between sites.
