Kitchen Supervisor – Monday to Friday
Maria Logan Recruitment are recruiting an experienced chef to join this large food production facility in Co. Wicklow.
The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm, however flexibility is required during busy periods.
Our client is seeking an individual with previous kitchen management/supervisory experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of this central production unit. You will be responsible for a team of 15 employees, overseeing the production of all food on-site. Working closely with the production manager, you will supervise all operations whilst ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
This role will suit an experienced chef who is eager to develop their people management skills in a structured and progressive environment. Previous experience working in a central production unit would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate must have their own form of transport.
