Maria Logan Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR professional to join one of Ireland’s leading corporate catering companies on a 1 year, fixed-term contract.
Working with an experienced and tight-knit team, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating HR, Training, Recruitment, Health & Safety & Payroll functions.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a broad range of HR related tasks and will be able to work collaboratively within a supportive team whilst being confident in their knowledge and experience. The person must be well-organised, proactive, optimistic and resilient and able to communicate with influence.
As an integral member of their Head Office Team, you will provide guidance and support to the wider operations team, effectively leveraging knowledge, expertise and systems to deliver HR solutions that add value to the business.
Given the diverse nature of this business, the successful candidate will have previous HR experience in hospitality/retail and will be CIPD qualified or have other HR professional qualifications.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily in North Dublin. There is a requirement to travel at times so diary management and flexibility is required.
