Working with an already experienced and successful team, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the HR, Training, Health & Safety & Payroll functions.
As an integral member of the Senior Management team, you will have evidence of strong influencing and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to make a HR impact on the strategic focus of the business. With proven experience in a HR hotel management role, ideally you will be CIPD qualified or currently working towards your professional qualifications.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Manager or Assistant Manager to join this fantastic hotel.
A recent background in hotels is a must for this role.
